? Here are 3 TIPS on how to get the most out of your day!

I actually work 3-4 HOURS every day but I am PRODUCTIVE??
Do you think that you are already as productive as you can be? Or do you think that could just get more work done every day?

??Either case, this post is for you!
1. ALWAYS have a plan
And by that I mean ALWAYS! If you don’t have a plan and you just work all day, chances are high that you will quickly feel overwhelmed or stressed, and the worst part is when you feel that you could do more.
You are not aware of the progress you’re making every day because you haven’t set the expectations for the day, the plan that I am talking about.
Don’t try to do as much work as you humanly can!
At the end of the day you will feel overwhelmed which will probably affect your productivity the next day. And if you plan too many tasks, and you leave one or two undone, then I am not surprised that you feel and overthinking that you could do more that day.
2. Create a morning routine
You should have your own morning routine. I can’t tell you what the perfect morning routine should look like because it always depends on your situation.
You should never miss the morning routine, no matter how many excuses you will come up with when you wake up.
Learn to condition yourself from the night before in a way that will help you be aware of the resistance that will come up once you wake up. So now you know. You won’t be surprised. Yet you still need to break through that resistance and execute the morning routine anyway.
REMEMBER?? The morning routine starts from the night before, your night routine!
The reason why this is so important is because you have to prepare yourself for a productive day. Your morning routine will make sure that you will have the energy and focus that is necessary to be efficient enough with the time that you are working on all your daily tasks.
If what you did until now was something like: wake up, go straight to work and then feel tired after a couple of hours, NOW YOU KNOW WHY!
3. Get high-quality sleep
I can’t emphasize enough as to how important it is to respect your sleep as you respect your work and your business.
If you sleep less and less time every day due to late working hours, STOP IT ??!!
It should be 7-8 hours.
Decide what time you will go to bed, and make it part of your non-negotiables.
Don’t change the time of your sleep just because you wanted to do some more work during the night. Instead, continue your work the next day and start with your night routine to prepare yourself for a good sleep.
Following the Parkinson’s Law:
"Work expands to fill the time allotted for it”
If you don’t have set a specific time for you to stop working, it’s very likely that you will end up working until late.
