These are just 3 simple questions I get all my clients to answer on their deep dive call.
1- Why does this goal matter to you? Like deep down.
we then go through the 5 levels of deep exercise.
2- who/what can we attach this goal to? Our kids, wife, more money.
We then attach it to their vision board
3- what do you want me to do when you want to quit?
We then use it as an anchor to stop them from giving up, because every guy will at one point and that's important to know so we dont beat ourselves up.
Number 3 is the best one. I store them all on their file and when they start falling off track, I'll just send it back and then address it in their next 1-1 coaching call.
