I want to share with you 3 lessons that I learned in the past year so that you can avoid making the same mistakes I made in your business!
Lesson #1: You are not meant to run your business alone
You need an outsider's perspective. It can't just be you inside your head. This is going to help you figure out what's working and what's not, they're going to help you run ideas, get motivated, stay on track and achieve your goals in a faster more efficient way. You have to learn that it's okay to ask for help and support!
Lesson #2: If you don't apply learned knowledge, you won't grow or see progress
There are so many free resources on the internet, from content to masterclasses and workshops, use them. There are multiple FREE solutions to the challenges that you are facing so why not make the best of them?
Now the thing with these resources though is that you have to hold yourself accountable. You have to do the work. There won't be anyone following up with you so if you don't put in the work, you're not going to see a difference.
Lesson #3: Keep track of your numbers and KPIs
If you don't do this, how are you even going to know if your business is growing & progressing?
Each month you need to track :
Because how else will you know if you're even making a profit?
How will you know if all the work you're putting in is actually working, or something needs to change?
You need to keep track on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
