Here Are 3 Back-Ups Every Fitness Business Should Have ??

Firstly… I am sooo bad for this, just ask Holly


I have 2, 3 or sometimes 4 of the same things


Just in case ??


And that… JUST IN CASE part is so key here


For example, an Ads Client is having a nightmare with META payments


His account has been down for almost a week now, & we have no back-up while they get back to us


So here are 3 Business Back-Ups you NEED in your fitness business ??


1?? Two Stripe Accounts or Different Payment Methods


If Stripe were to hold your payouts for even a week, chances are you’d be in trouble


What about if they held your payouts for a month or more? ??


This is why you ALWAYS NEED a back-up Stripe


One that’s always collecting payments in the background


Just in case ??


2?? All Staff a Minimum of Level 2


This was HUGE for us at FitHub30


Yes, we had 2 coaches, & I was the back-up for them


But we also put Jess, who was head of sales & retention, through her Level 3


This meant that if we ever had zero coaches available, she could step in


She’d also take nervous clients off to the side & run small PT sessions with them


3?? A Second Facebook Profile


This one is kind of ?? against TOCs but…


If you run ads & it’s your main source of leads


Then having a second profile or a trusted family/friend’s account as a back-up is a must


No leads today = no sales next week ??


Back-ups are wonderful things


Sometimes you’ll pay for them & never use them


But when the time comes & you need them, they’re a life saver ??
