Here are 11 ways to optimize your sales funnel

The sales funnel is arguably one of the most important parts of any business yet, most business owners neglect it. They simply do not know what it means or how to optimize it.

Define your target audience:?

There is not one problem that everybody’s got at the same time. Focus! Find your audience and target them!

Set up and optimize your landing page:

You?MUST have a website. There are not too many websites yet. It is your digital identity as it is for your business. When people look for the best shoe seller in their neighborhood on Google, shouldn’t you pop up? Right!

Create content that solves problems:

Now that you know who your audience is, solve their problem! Anything outside solving their problem is demarketing not marketing. You need a loan, I give loans. You want to sell your product, here is?spottr.app. You have a headache, here’s panadol. You’ve got an addiction, here’s set yourself free by.... Solve a problem, simple!

Optimize CTAs:

Like above, lead your customer to make a purchase. “Buy now at 50% off”. Straight to the point does the trick. No long talk!

Capture leads:

You don’t track the people who are interested in your product or service? The people who clicked your link. The people who left a comment. The people who always view your stories. You don’t capture them? Wow!

Nurture leads with email marketing:

Email marketing remains an effective tool to communicate with your leads. Short, legible and fun newsletters with special offers do the trick.

Leverage trust signals & social proof:

What is your reputation? Do people leave positive reviews about your brand? If they do, use it as a weapon to show that those who aren’t patronizing you may be doing themselves a disservice

Reduce conversion friction:

You’ve set up a digital identity and have caught the attention of 1 or 2 people. Don’t waste time, don’t stress them. Render a great service and Get their money, simple!

Set measurable goals:

What do you even track? Sales, Marketing, what? How do you know when to do more or when to kill the switch? If you don’t have a goal, you will track nothing. So if you still do not have an answer as to what you’re tracking, then you have no business goals and you may likely FAIL. Set goals that are reachable but at the same time, challenging and work to achieve them.
