Her Story

Latricia Ferris is a distinguished leader and mentor with over 20 years of experience inspiring and guiding individuals toward achieving their highest potential. She is the founder and CEO of Dream, Believe & Imagine, a business dedicated to empowering people to become the best versions of themselves through motivation and personal development. Latricia's extensive board work includes serving on the Disability IN certification board and holding pivotal roles such as Chairman of the Comcast Mountain West Region Black Employee Network Employee Resource Group and former Chairman of the Comcast Mountain West Region Women’s Network Employee Resource Group. Additionally, she is a valued board member of the Comcast West Division Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Council and the Vice President of Membership for Toastmasters International.

Latricia’s exemplary work has not gone unnoticed. She has been recognized as the Top Black Educator in Colorado by MY Black Colorado publication and received the prestigious Green Apple Award from Junior Achievement for mentoring over 500 students. Her commitment to mentorship extends to various organizations, including Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), Junior Achievement, Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT), Aurora Juvenile Probation, and the National Black Business Pitch Mentor program.
