Her power lights up the technological sky
2024 was wrapped up with a startup competition dedicated to female tech entrepreneurs.
According to Startup Magazine, a publication focused on supporting tech startups, female-led tech companies have demonstrated superior risk management, particularly during challenging periods like the pandemic.
Research by the Harvard Business Review further highlights a remarkable shift in the traditionally male-dominated high-tech industry. Female founders and leaders are increasingly making their mark. In 2020 alone, venture capital investment in female-led tech companies increased by 72%. As a driver of innovation and growth, venture capital is witnessing a shift in direction. Female tech entrepreneurs are redesigning the global technology landscape.
Society is entering a new era of economic and social transformation fueled by innovation, information theory, and emerging technologies. In this era, where “wealth is knowledge, growth is learning, money is time, and information is surprise,” success no longer hinges on physical strength but on cognitive ability, creativity, leadership, and mental resilience. This paradigm shift positions female entrepreneurs to thrive and lead in unprecedented ways, contributing to a more inclusive and dynamic technological future.
What Types of Tech Programs Are More Likely to Succeed for Women Entrepreneurs?
Based on the entrepreneurial projects I have reviewed, women entrepreneurs in the tech sector often find success in two primary categories: medical technology and business services.
1. Medical Technology?
Female entrepreneurs in this field often hold advanced degrees, such as PhDs, in related disciplines. Their expertise drives innovations like the following:
Neuro-Age Testing: This groundbreaking advancement addresses brain aging. While annual physical exams are common, assessments of brain health and aging remain rare. By combining artificial intelligence, brain MRIs, cognitive tests, blood biomarkers, and genetics, it’s possible to predict the rate of brain aging. Based on these insights, personalized recommendations can be made to slow brain aging and reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s disease.
Microbiome Dermatology: A beacon of hope for skin disease patients, this technology leverages microbial genomics, big data, and AI to deliver precise health guidance. Patients can now avoid reliance on antibiotics while receiving targeted treatments for their skin conditions.
2. Business?Services?
In this category, female entrepreneurs often bring years of business management experience to the table, enabling them to excel in providing innovative enterprise solutions:
Automated Cyber Risk Assessment: Cybersecurity is a costly and complex challenge for many organizations. Platforms that automate cyber risk assessments can save enterprises up to 80% on compliance-related costs.

Performance Management and Coaching Platforms: By integrating performance management with one-on-one employee coaching, these platforms align personal growth with business objectives. They utilize continuous feedback, AI-driven development paths, and skills training to foster individual and organizational success.
In private group discussions, I’ll share insights from these entrepreneurial journeys, including how these women identified pain points in their respective industries, designed impactful business models, attracted customers, and secured venture capital.
What Forces Will Make You Stand Out in the?Future?
This year, one of the most profound realizations for me has been that Chinese and Western cultures often share the same fundamental goals, despite their differing philosophies. Consider the paradox of capitalism in the West. As George Gilder once noted:?
“The paradox of capitalism is that you can only keep what you give away. Savings are only valuable to the extent they are invested and given in collaboration with others.”?
Surprisingly, this concept aligns closely with the wisdom of Eastern traditions.
For instance, the Buddhist teaching, “Help others and help yourself; benefit others and benefit yourself. Love is returned to those who give love, and blessings to those who give blessings,” or Lao Tzu’s words, “The sage does not hoard. The more he helps others, the more he has,” both illustrate the profound connection between altruism and self-interest. These teachings reveal that true satisfaction comes from giving. Saints, uninterested in material accumulation, find joy in helping others. In doing so, they not only meet others’ needs but also experience spiritual fulfillment and often receive gratitude in return?—?whether material, emotional, or reputational. This reciprocity enriches their lives and underscores the idea that altruism and self-interest are deeply intertwined.
In today’s world, an altruistic heart has the power to set one apart. Over the years, I’ve observed that many successful entrepreneurs share one common trait: they are filled with love. Psychologically, expressing love puts a person in a positive, open state of mind, radiating confidence and optimism. This “good aura” naturally draws like-minded people, creating opportunities and fostering mutual growth.
As 2025 approaches, let us continue to pursue our heart’s desires with love, no matter our age or circumstances. After witnessing life’s truths, we can still move forward with courage, supporting and inspiring one another. Let us embrace the new year with calmness and resolve, and live with purpose and compassion.
