What's worse for a woman, than being treated like a sex object? Not being treated like one. I'm not saying that is all you do, so don't get me wrong.

So it starts with respecting your Mother, understanding that she always did what she thought was best for you, with out prejeduce. That's a mothers love, even if you don't think she did what was best for you, you need to forgive her. There is no instruction manual.

You can't have mutual respect, if you don't have any respect for yourself. So guys, please, forgive and forget, people do things because they beleive they are doing the right thing, not because they are out to hurt you.

Mental Health and Domestic Violence are linked, and Mental Health starts with yourself. If you don't love yourself, you are screwed. So learn to love yourself, weather you are man or woman and watch how that changes who stays in your life and who leaves it. Trust me, the ones that leave you didn't need anyway.
