Supporting the social commitment of our employees
HENSOLDT has started the year with good intentions and has launching a program to promote employee volunteering.
Organizations in which employees volunteer outside of their working hours can now receive monetary support from HENSOLDT. Joint social projects and ideas within the team can also be supported in future if the team carries out charitable work together in their free time. The aim is to support local and regional organizations that are active in the social, educational, and environmental sectors.

HENSOLDT is at the forefront of operational support system development, and currently delivers the OPTARION support capability to the German armed forces for use on its heavy-lift, medium transport and attack helicopter fleets.
