Henry Bros. Makes Impressive Progress on LIHTC Project

Hickory Hills, IL based Henry Bros. Co. is continuing to achieve impressive progress on its numerous housing and other projects currently under construction. One example is "Spruce Village," a permanent supportive affordable housing project in Palatine Illinois. This 3-story, 44 unit, 33,000sf wood-frame building is a project we are constructing for a terrific client, Housing Opportunities Development Corporation ("HODC").

Henry Bros. broke ground on this affordable housing project, funded in part with IHDA tax credits, this past December. Cordogan Clark & Associates is the architect. Due to an unusually pliant "Mother Nature" this winter- and the hard work of the HBCo team and our exceptional trade partners- we are already set to commence framing on the third floor walls! We currently anticipate "topping off" the building around mid-May.

This progress is a testament to HBCo's ability to bring strong communication, coordination, and schedule management controls to bear all to the benefit of our Owner and project stake holders.
