During the last month I had an epiphany, a moment of realisation. There I was in the centre of London (Trafalgar Square in fact) when I was taken back to when I was eighteen; at this time and yep I still remember it well I sat on the edge of the square and thought 'one day I am going to live and work in London'. This I went on to do in my 20's and 30's, it was fun I was at the peak of my corporate career, I was confident, my self-belief was high and I was loving life.

Trafalgar Square

Now don't misunderstand me I certainly do not want to go back to live in London however going back to city and corporate life to speak and work is now firmly, highly lodged in my services.

Having been in business for thirteen years I have spoken and facilitated at many conferences, work events etc. but I almost held back due to my burnout (where bullying played a huge role). I was told many a lie about myself by others which have lived with me over the years however no more as I discover my truth.

I have always been a confident, honest authentic speaker (and have spoken to many audiences over the years) however I haven't always reached out to others as I should to share my story to meet my mission of helping others not go where I went so going forward that is exactly what I intend to do.

Being back in Trafalgar Square fueled the spirit of that 18 year old to reach out via more talks; delivering my inspirational story to transform the lives of others is a passion and I intend to live it.

What are you looking out at?

Tip for August:

Think about this....

Wat have you being standing on the edge of, looking out at what lays beyond but not quite being able to take the action? I would love to know.

I have had a quiet time with newsletters over the last year (in fact I don't think I did any) for which I apologise.

Our Wedding

There are no excuses other than life got busy, business got busy and my time for writing (which I love) was very limited. The last year has seen my partner become my husband making me Mrs Jones as opposed to Miss Jones, my parents celebrate their Diamond Wedding, my parents celebrate big birthdays, myself celebrating (a lot) a big birthday and business taking me out and about. However I am back in writing mode through which I hope to touch base with you much more
