Practical tip

Curation rather than creation. When creating your online content there is no need to explain concepts that have been discussed by reputable sources already. All you need to do is signpost to the relevant content on the Internet. Ted talks are a great example of this.

The "Social Selling for Training Providers" course starts on 1 November. Find out more to register. World of Learning in the NEC in Birmingham is on 11 and 12 October.
