Three Eligibility requirements:
1. Active duty or veteran military personnel or employee of Department of Defense or Department of Homeland Security
2. Gross annual income for all applicants used to qualify cannot exceed the greater of $55,000 or 80% of the area median adjusted for family size
3. Must be a first-time home buyer or have not owned a home in the past three years or lost a home through divorce or disaster.
