Helping Staff Monitor the Front Door

Cornell is continuing to add features to our inform system that end users are asking for. We just implemented our first video doorbell to a location in Montana. This allows staff to view who is at the door and even speak with the individual before having to go to the door, sometimes even eliminating the need to stop what they are doing to answer. The server also keeps track of who answered the doorbell and what was done with it.
