This past week I was invited by Saginaw Future Inc. Procurement Technical Assistance Center in Saginaw Michigan. I was welcomed and assisted by Delena Spates-Allen and Sarah Straight who hosted a wonderful event. I was presenting the Understanding Solicitations and Preparing Proposals (USPP) Workshop, shortened version. The USPP Workshop is designed to operationalize knowledge into action, building confidence by building competence.  

I want to thank the hard working professionals of the Saginaw Future PTAC and all of the Michigan PTACS who help small businesses develop and grow!
