ASSESSMENT PROJECT IN OMAN

Using the I360 assessment methodology, LP’s Drs. Hilal and Said helped the organization, which?lacked a?structured?process?for innovation, to gather metrics to assess their innovation capabilities and develop tangible, implementable recommendations.?

As a result of the assessment, the client was able to establish an internal innovation culture, which led to improved staff retention and satisfaction, while?creating?a?plan?for?experimenting?and?exploring future opportunities,?and?setting up?a?solid?base?for future business models.?

The assessment of innovation capabilities also ensured that the client?will?build?on?their?preferred?strategy and correlated capabilities, using an anthropological approach to observe customers and discover unmet needs. The final value was defining, creating, and implementing a project selection process within the structured innovation approach to put their own innovation management system in place.
