Could not agree more. I hope organizations look at the technology available to help with this. I love what Paylocity does in this regard for our employees and of course our clients. After 30+ years of being passionate about service and how employees are rewarded I can honestly say this is the best all in one platform that not only makes life easier for our HR professionals but makes them excited to use and promote with their employees.
