Helping Individuals with Reentry Employment


FREEDOM from the Inside out, that is what this two-week program will focus on. We will be helping individuals with barriers to employment due to their involvement with the criminal justice system connect to services and programs to start over again.


Transition can be difficult, so the goal is to assist and provide the necessary tools & resources that can aide in their personal & professional success.  


They will not only learn how to market their skills to employers but they will end the session by meeting employers face to face.  Understanding that building a network of trust can take more time than two weeks, customers in the program will be referred to additional services to ensure that personal connection is still provided.  


Programs like this and others are critical not only to the justice involved individuals but the community at large.  Positive interaction and resources provide hope and options. It is a process but working together they can get their lives on track and contribute in a way that is beneficial and rewarding.


We not only hope to get people HIRED, but we know if we make an impact on their lives they can make an impact on those around them.
