It's been a tough year for all of us. With travel experiencing its worst year ever, the kind donations you used to hand over to our crew in a Help Alliance Envelope on board our flights have been missing. Where Help Alliance, the aid organization run by Lufthansa Group employees had so far donated over 3 million euros to projects helping the underprivileged in India in the past decade, this year, the help is even more needed.

To do our bit in these difficult times, we’re dedicating the 2021 edition of the iconic Lufthansa Group calendar to street and slum children in India from projects that Help Alliance has been supporting. For over 50 years, this New Year calendar has been an annual must-have for Lufthansa Group customers and the travel trade, with its moving slide bar conveying a sense of forward direction as it frames each date with hope for a better day ahead. This year, the timeless classic comes as a special limited edition ‘Calendar of Hope’ – a collaborative endeavour to extend a helping hand.

Donate just Rs. 201 per calendar. As we will bear the cost of the calendars and the delivery, your donation will go 100% towards helping over 3500 street and slum children at the Aasraa Trust in Dehradun and Sunshine Children Education Society in Delhi. It will help provide much-needed food, rations, medicines, reusable masks, soaps, sanitizers, warm clothes, blankets, stationary, school supplies and more. And to ensure that your donation goes directly to help the children, this project is being undertaken in partnership with Harvard incubated start-up and India’s leading healthcare crowdfunding platform Impact Guru.
