• LLM Demo:

We started with an LLM-based demo of our RAG, which involved restructuring the client's data and integrating it into our proprietary database. Doing so enabled us to structure and analyze the information seamlessly and showcase how real-time insights can be generated?on the fly through dynamic prompts.

• Need Gap Assessement (POC for RAG):

With the LLM Demo done, we conducted a comprehensive need gap assessment for the client, mapping all 38 areas for improvement against relevant standards like the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the International Labour Organization (ILO).

This assessment was critical as it provided a detailed breakdown of the client's current status in each area and a step-by-step roadmap outlining the necessary actions to address these gaps and meet the required standards.
