SMASP and FAN3D have developed software (ADME) which, using used plastic materials as a basis, allows a new part with high mechanical requirements to be manufactured by 3D printing.
In this way, used materials that were going to become an environmental problem can be given a second life.
The process
Through a website, the requirements of the part to be manufactured are defined.
A DSS with artificial intelligence performs the necessary calculations and results in the best mix of the two materials used to obtain the desired part.
