For Bauman, the job is never done, because there’s always a new way to improve the customer experience.? He says he loves to see a customer “who thought that they were just buying a vehicle that got them from A to B” recognize how much more Ford has to offer, and realizing how much more they can do “with that vehicle than just drive it.”

Bauman recognizes his responsibility to that customer experience, and believes collaboration is key to delivering it, whether it’s with customers, clients, or within his own team. “I want to see my entire team be successful,” he says. “Because if everybody is successful, then the organization will be successful.”
