Helping Army Veterans Who Were Exposed to Dangerous Chemicals and Toxins

ANALYTICAL CHEMISTRY & TOXICOLOGY: LITIGATION & CONSULTING FOR ARMY VETERANS AND THEIR ATTORNEYS

I provide Expert witness services to Army Veterans exposed to dangerous chemicals and biologics. Army Veterans very often come back from their military assignment exhausted physically, mentally, and wounded. THESE CONDITIONS PREVENT MANY TO GET A JOB OR KEEP ONE.

Dangerous exposure  to chemicals and biologics does not always cause symptoms or evidence of harm immediately. Sometimes years go by before disease and ill health show up. One of my friends was a veteran for many years and served in the 1980's. She worked on equipment that used hydraulic fluids, freon, and was regularly exposed to fumes from aircraft fuel. In those days, you did not wear respirators or gloves. She started getting ill during that time with symptoms that baffled the physicians of the time, but that are known today to be related to auto-immune disorders, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, mental impairment, hormonal imbalance. She is on SS disability and can no longer work. Seeking to get VA benefits, she could not afford to pay an expert witness who could give an opinion to the VA about the toxicological effect of her exposure to toxins and how they might be related to her health problems. So she asked me if I could give an opinion to the VA about her case. What I realized is that she is not the only veteran who has suffered the consequences of toxin exposure while serving in the military. And like her, many veterans cannot afford an expert witness to review their case and give an opinion.

So I decided to provide expert witness services specifically to Army Veterans in addition to the services I already offer. In addition, I provide financial arrangements on an individual basis so that veterans can get the expertise they need for their application to VA benefits. Financial arrangements include discounted hourly fees, discounted engagement fee, and a payment plan.

If you know of a veteran needing that type of help, please share my information with him or her. That may make a tremendous difference for them to get the benefits they need to help them get a more stable life.
