Stress when experienced frequently increases the risk of mental health conditions which give rise to depression. 3. Stress & Sleep
Overwork kills sleep. When you are tired, you cant function at best. A good night’s sleep helps you to get focus better, think more clearly and have quicker reflexes. Positive stress useful as it gives a rush of energy but it is dangerous if it lasts long. Relaxation methods & showing compassion to yourself is answer for harmful stress.
