Buyers can choose their closing date anywhere from 10 days to nine months in the future. They can trade-up, and eliminate the hassle and time from having to line up two transactions, moves or mortgages.

2 年If it is the right thing for my client I love taking them to trusted Home builders. Buying their home. Working with all thru the process and representing the best interest of my client the buyer and or seller. Have been doing so for many many years. And if selling what is important for a seller is what is important to me. Fix it up (many money options out there) get full market value or more or, If they want to sell fast, no repairs, take much less money for their house, no showings no stress we can help them find that best buyer. A fair market value as is. There is a place for opendoor, offerpad, knock, orchard etc... There are many cash buyers out their, investors, corporations traded on the stock market.. etc....We all fit in the space.
