instantvob??is a Software as a Service (SaaS) membership-based product that revolutionizes the arduous task of obtaining healthcare benefits from various antiquated systems. It is used by healthcare providers to check medical, mental health, substance use disorder and other specialty medical benefits.

The?instantvob??Sales Executive position is a key component to the success of our product. As a leader in healthcare verification of benefits industry, the chosen candidate must be able to adhere to industry rules and regulations, have experience in sales and marketing or extensive experience in chemical dependency and mental health services. The position requires someone able to work well both autonomously and as a part of an exuberant team.

The position must focus on new sales through face to face contact and digital marketing. We require a highly motivated, dynamic and naturally ambitious self-starter who is able to manage a range of physician practices, clinics, practioners and facilities as they bring new referral sources to?instantvob?.

Role and Responsibilities Includes but not limited to the following:

  • Travel throughout assigned sales’ territory making personal contact with prospective customer accounts, physicians, and office managers for the purpose of promoting our benefits verification system,?instantvob?
  • Update, and maintain lists of prospective clients for their use as sales leads based on information from medical directories, newspapers, insurance provider directories, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, our prospect database, and personal visits to prospective clients
  • Develop a presentation that emphasizes the features and benefits of utilizing?instantvob??benefits verifications tool.
  • Demonstrate?instantvob??using a laptop and mobile phone to Physicians and clinic clients
  • Assist with marketing efforts by developing Google Ads, managing social media platforms and working in tandem with the Project Managers on innovative and unconventional ways to market?instantvob?
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular on-site visits, zoom meetings and phone calls to ascertain a client’s level of satisfaction and to access additional business opportunities and referrals
  • Develop solutions to overcome challenges and to maximize business opportunities
  • Inform upper management of progress, challenges, and opportunities with weekly written reports

Preferred Skills:

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients through research and initial outreach
  • Thorough knowledge of sales principles and measures
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Ability to work closely with various levels of healthcare professionals and personnel
  • Maintain client contact with current clients as well as future clients
  • Have a fluent understanding of healthcare benefits services and products as well as the implementation process for new accounts.

Additional Skills:

  • Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to cold call any given healthcare facility to obtain new business
  • Proficient in working with a PC, the Internet, and MS Windows.
  • Requires a good understanding of Google Marketing, social media presence, and SaaS products as well as the healthcare compliance and regulations within the industry.

Education Requirements:

  • BA/BS Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Science, or an equivalent combination of related experience and education.
  • 2 years or more of sales and marketing experience, preferably within the healthcare, or medical sales industry.
  • Must be able to meet high quality standards, follow regulations, maintain confidentiality
  • Problem solving and analytical skills and ability to analyze issues and articulate appropriate solutions to management

Physical/Mental Demands:

  • Combination of sitting, standing, bending, light lifting and walking.
  • Requires a full range of body motion including manual and finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Requires the ability to manage stressful situations.
