Help Wanted: Network Support Person

Network Support Specialist needed to service business computers and networks for an IT Managed Services company. Specialist are required to provide remote Office 365 and limited onsite services small to medium business voice & data networks

This position requires skills and experience Office 365

Location: Metro Detroit

Part Time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Level 1 Network Skills (Required) 

• Full understanding of Office 365 Admin center
• Provide telephone & remote-control desktop support to end users  
• Working understanding of Office 365
• Monitor support email from Clients
• Working understanding of Computer imaging software application
• Full understanding on OneDrive for Business and SharePoint.
• Full understanding of Microsoft Teams
• Be able to establish immediate rapport with users and make them comfortable  
• Open tickets and document problems and resolutions effectively  
• Ability to travel onsite (well prepared) and resolve desktop and networking issues  
• Install and configure wireless devices and Smart devices  
• Manage Active Directory users and computers 
• Establishes and maintains user e-mail accounts; provides e-mail training and software support 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Microsoft Certification a plus
• Two (2-4) years professional experience in Office 365 and network support  
• (A comparable amount of training, education, or experience may be substituted for the above minimum qualifications.)
