Empowering Entrepreneurs to Live Fulfilled Daily Through Passion Projects
"My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me." John 10:27 NKJV
Someone I respect a lot did a podcast episode where he explained how depressing it can be when your audience and those you're trying to help move to another leader for the same help. But he ended it by saying the anchor scripture in this post and added that "it doesn't matter how many people leave. What matters is that others who need what I have to offer will come." (paraphrased). This stands true.
You've been called to use your gifts to serve a select number of people . These people have wants and needs that you can fulfil. This is why it's so important to never belittle the talents you recognise in your life.
When you recognise what God has blessed you with, one of the first aspects that need to be developed is your VOICE.
Before your sheep can hear your voice, you have to speak out. When you speak, what do you say and how do you say it? In a crowded field with so many sheep and Shepherds, will your sheep be able to differentiate your voice from the others?

To develop your voice, you must understand the message God has placed in you through your passions, experiences, etc. There's so much content online that can help you identify this message. When you do, it becomes the content of everything you say. Whether you're in a meetup, a party, Church, or a social platform, it becomes the basis of your conversations.
Perfecting that message comes through learning and speaking out in the places where your sheep may be. You don't want to be in the valley while your sheep are at the top of the mountain. It doesn't matter whether it's one, two or a hundred sheep, speaking out is you taking action.
We're all sheep looking for a shepherd to guide us. When you decide to leverage your gifts to create change, you step up on the pedestal of a shepherd . Start leading.
