That’s the power of First American’s Real Estate Sentiment Index (RESI), the only research of its kind that collects expectations from thousands of real estate professionals working in the field to compile national and regional insights and forecasts about the future of real estate.
Each quarter, we poll title insurance agents, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders and appraisers throughout the U.S. to gather detailed insights and projections for key housing market indicators.
In recent years, our crowd-sourced projections have often proven to be as close - or even closer - to the actual outcome than similar forecasts from the leading housing market forecasters.
