As we near the end of the year, I’m thrilled to share something special I’ve been working on—an initiative designed specifically for women in leadership roles striving to balance their careers, well-being, and personal lives.

Over the years, through countless conversations, coaching sessions, and listening to the stories of women around me, I’ve seen a clear need for a dedicated space where women can connect, grow, and genuinely support one another in navigating the unique challenges of leadership.

It’s time to create that space. I’m developing a new membership to empower, uplift, and support women like you.

But here’s the thing—I want to ensure it’s exactly what you need.

Why Your Voice is Essential

Building a community and resource like this—something that genuinely supports you—requires knowing exactly what would make the biggest difference in your life. While I have a vision based on my experience with leadership coaching, consulting, and professional development, I know each woman’s journey is unique. What We’re Exploring Together

Here are a few areas I’m considering for the membership, but your input will help guide and refine each one:

  • Emotional Resilience and Stress Management:?Practical techniques for managing the unique stresses of leadership, especially for women balancing multiple roles. I want this to be a space where we can talk openly about what stress looks like and find real, sustainable ways to manage it together.
  • Career Growth and Professional Development:?Whether preparing for your next big role, learning new leadership skills, or simply connecting with mentors and peers who understand your challenges, I want this membership to be a valuable resource for your professional growth.
  • Work-Life Integration:?We know that “work-life balance” often seems impossible. Instead, let’s focus on strategies for integrating the different parts of your life so you’re not constantly feeling torn between work and well-being.
  • Community Connection:?We’re stronger together. This membership is about building a supportive network of women who “get it”—who can offer encouragement, share advice, and be there through the highs and lows of leadership.
  • AI for Well-Being:?Learn how AI can help manage day-to-day tasks at home and in the office, freeing up more time for what matters most.
  • AI for Managing Elder Care Teams:?I’ve recently found a system that uses AI and online tools to manage my aging mother’s care team in one place, making it easy for the whole family to stay informed. If elder care is part of your life, I’d love to help you leverage this technology.
  • Dating, Relationships, and Marriage Coaching:?Let’s face it—relationships are a huge part of life and impact how we show up at work. With over 25 years of experience in relationship coaching, I can support you in navigating these areas, allowing you to bring your best self to every part of your life.
