Because of how brilliant I was as a child and as I grew older, society, friends, and family considered me to be an asset.
Then, I'm revered and referred to as a guru by my childhood buddies. I could sit down and read for eight hours while still remembering everything. My parents were pleased with me! My siblings are happy for me!
I recently learned that my former splendor has been lost; I can no longer read for an hour or recall knowledge. It's a hassle!
Why can't I be like before? Why don't I have the same level of confidence that society values? Why do I fear the person I was before? Why am I not the..
Now I want that self back; I work so hard to recreate what I was known for... But the day becomes night, the weeks become months, and nothing can be done!
Let us help these souls recover!
What is the solution to this massive problem? What are the possible solutions for regaining confidence, information, and self-esteem?

2 年So, one thing is to identify a problem, and then it's another thing to sort it out . Most times,it is not that you don't know what to do...but, to START doing that is usually the issue. So, after identifying a problem and the possible solution. Sketch a plan Set a milestone with time allocated Then START effecting it. It WILL BE tough at first, but, INSIST. I must also point out that; There's every tendency to just stop, with the backup that you are being to hard on yourself...but remember, results are gotten the hard way. Again, cut some things in order to make out time for you to accomplish what you are into. Further, get someone to be accountable to; a Mentor. Don't give up, even if your pace is so little, provided that you are moving.. just like the cliche goes, " slow and steady, wins" Lastly, celebrate your success, irrespective of how small it is.
