Help the poor and elderly of Nicaragua with Hula Networks

In the spirit of giving during the holidays, Hula sponsors a series of meaningful charitable events in Nicaragua to help the poor and elderly. HulaPinataGoFundMe I personally have family down there and send money every year to help out. We visit several areas during our trip.

The town of El Transito, a struggling fishing village, experienced significant destruction after the Earthquake and Tsunami of 1992 and the people of the town are still working desperately to recover from the loss of more than 100 villagers and the destruction of homes and the town’s entire fishing infrastructure.

Granada, the oldest colonial city in Central America, is still working to overcome the devastation caused by both earthquakes and a civil revolution that caused massive hardships from 1972 to 1990.

As part of our charitable mission, we hope to alleviate the burdens of Nicaraguan residents in these areas by providing supplies to the elderly and hosting joyful Pi?ata celebrations. The Hula Networks direct staff and family participate directly with no overhead costs.  I know there is a lot of causes to donate to these days, but if you can spare some it is greatly appreciated and goes a long way. Click here to donate:  HulaPinataGoFundMe
