Often when I tell people that I am looking for a sales role, they look at sales with disdain. This is either due to their experience working in sales or their own experience with a sales person. Where does this come from? High pressure selling without listening. It is no wonder why someone might not have satisfaction in a sales role, or perceive sales to be a soulless unfulfilling role with this approach.
