Recently I saw below post someone shared seeking employment stating : -

"In search of a JOB - Kindly go through my profile and do the needful"

It was from a person who had been recently laid off.

There was just 1 like. So I liked and shared this post.

Many individuals on this platform are searching for jobs and when no one likes or comments on their updates, it feels like added rejection.

The job market is tough. And it takes guts to share, “I am out of work and need a job...”

Job searching can be emotionally draining and discouraging.

So when you see such posts, share or drop a like or comment. You may not be able to get them a job but every little bit counts.

It will boost their visibility and will give them encouragement to keep pressing on.

This is what LinkedIn and true networking is about.
