Help! NINE new team members start in FOUR days - Can you create a work station with power & data as well as complete it out of hours? Yes we can!

Davco Interiors Ltd were asked to supply and fit a work station to accommodate nine new starters as the client have expanded.

Only having a few days, lead time was a massive concern, however, thanks to the strong relationship with our suppliers we managed to get the materials. The next instructions were that the project also has to be completed outside of working hours to minimise the impact on the clients business. Davco Interiors overcame this too.

Once on site we had to install powerr and data which was tricky as it was a solid wood floor, the floor had to be taken up and rebated to allow safe cable management to the area of the new workstation.

Davco Interiors then discovered that not only were the existing windows out of plumb and level, the perimeter drywall was also out of level which meant that every section had to be scribed before being fitted together the opposite way to the windows. With this strong challenge to get over Davco Interiors delivered what was required - 14 linear metres of solid oak work tops supported with breakfast bar support legs.

Also included - fitting the power and purchasing seven cable management grommets fitting them and Danish oiling the oak three times in one day - two carpenters and a carpenters mate – good work team!
