As you may be aware, I represent new home developers and help lenders with VA Condominium Project approvals. I have run into an issue with muti-phase Condominium Projects and VA approval. If you have had the VA reject the recorded documentation based on a VA regulation with regard to "developer control" in a multi-phase Condominium Project and have a pending VA sale or would like the Project to be VA approved, please contact my office at 619.531.8858.

In addition, if you have a new home Condominium Project that has an overall Master Association, that has been rejected by the VA with regard to developer control of the Master Association, and there is a pending VA sale or you would like the Project to be VA approved, please contact my office at 619.531.8858.
