Help me test this, please.

I’ve been testing a new process with a few existing clients. It’s centered around a process I’m calling Run By the Numbers.


Every time I teach it, lightbulbs happen. It’s like people finally see what’s really going on in their business, and why their profits aren’t up to snuff.


Why?


Because my students realize they don’t know what they’re working towards.

I’ve been working my clients through this process, but have not taught it publicly.
