Help me raise $5000 through the Vinnies CEO Sleepout to?fund crisis accommodation for 10 families.

As a father of two, I can’t imagine not being able to put a roof over my family’s head at night. What would it be like if my kids didn’t have a place to feel safe and warm - a place to call home?

That’s the situation facing many Australian families. According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics, homelessness is a reality for 120,000 people today. Many of them live rough on the streets. The estimate is that 12 per cent of our homeless are under the age of 12. Just like my kids.

That’s why I‘m participating in this year’s Vinnies CEO Sleepout. Aiming to ‘break the cycle of homelessness’, the Vinnie’s CEO Sleepout brings together senior executives from the business world for a one-night, mid-winter sleepout and fundraiser.

I’m trying to raise $5000 with the help of family, friends and clients. With that money, Vinnies will be able to provide crisis accommodation for 10 more families who don’t have a place to go.
