As we look around us, we can see that the COVID-19 Pandemic has had a devastating impact on the mental health of many people around us, or even on ourselves.?Stress, anxiety, and depression are at an all-time high as the world readjusts to the “new normal”.?The emotional rollercoaster we are all on right now is demanding, to say the least.
These are some of the most common emotional struggles people are currently dealing with:
? Low self-esteem and self-worth
? Anxiety around the unknown
? Excessive fear and panic
? Loneliness and social isolation
? Feelings of confusion and disconnection
? Loss of a sense of purpose and direction
? Difficulty sleeping or sleeping too much

? Identify and process how you are feeling
? Manage stress levels in your life
? Prioritise self-care
? Set boundaries in your relationships
? Have fun and be creative every day
? Focus on being grateful for what you have
? Exercise regularly
? Eat a healthy, balanced diet
