Help give back to those who gave so much

I’m working with a homeless organization in downtown Atlanta called Stepping Stone Mission. We help feed, train, and minister to those down on their luck, or those with mental or physical limitations that hold them back from employment. I have met and spoken with a lot of veterans (many homeless Vietnam veterans) while helping downtown, and am now looking to further help them improve their situation….here is where you come in.
Kroger is offering a program that they will make a charitable donation to certain non-profit organizations every time you shop…this doesn’t cost you anything, and is automatically taken care of when you register the charitable organization on your Kroger plus card and just show as you normally would (I did it the other day and it didn’t take but a minute).
- Go to krogercommunityrewards.com, sign into your Kroger account (or you can create a new one if you aren’t a member already…it is free!). After you’ve logged in there will be a spot at the bottom to list a community rewards recipient. Please type the number 47219, which will be for Stepping Stone Mission. This is free to you, it doesn’t take away your Kroger fuel points or change anything…it just designates a charity for Kroger to make contributions to.
This is a small, yet impactful way you can help veterans and give back to those who sacrificed so much.
