Help from above

It's no surprise that this year hasn't been exactly the best for anyone on the globe, many people losing their jobs, never to be able to return, even when they worked all of their lives to open the business of their dreams, only to see the doors close for good.

With the loss of loved ones by the thousands, doctors and nurses pushed to the limits, knowing that it will be the same thing only on a different day, with the hopes of a cure or a vaccine that will arrive in time so that we can return back to normal, our new normal, will we ever be able to feel like we did before?

Pressure creates a diamond, the fire will turn clay into stone, as it will also polish metal. Many of us will walk out of this year being a polished stone, knowing different things, feeling different, and as this season comes to a close and we look back at the door shutting, we will look ahead at a new beginning as we wipe the sweat from our brow, and take a deep breath of relief, looking at brighter days.

With each storm, a captain faces at sea, he learns how to control his ship for the next big wave, we too can learn to ride the waves of our next storm. God is the captain of this ship, he leads his crew and teaches us how to ride out even the biggest storms of life.

Put all of your trust, and all of your faith into him, only he can lead us through the fires and into a brighter day.

Even when things seem choppy and just not right, there is a lesson behind it, look deeper and learn from it, and in the end, it will all be worth it.

Well said. Here is to a brighter future with many polished stones. Praying that we all learn great things from this year.
