Help During the Storm

As many of my friends know, most of my career has been spent turning around troubled companies and restructuring organizations. In recent years, my calling has evolved into a role of advising business owners, CEOs, and non-profits on strategy, tactics, market response, and even personal issues. Late last year, I decided to associate with Vistage Worldwide, the largest peer advisory and executive coaching organization in the world. I have begun building a CEO peer group here in Houston, but the global Coronavirus crisis that has gripped our community has now taken priority in all of our lives, not only threatening the health of millions but also wreaking havoc in businesses large and small. Add the oil price war between Saudi Arabia and Russia, and we have the perfect economic storm that is challenging every Houston business and non-profit. 

So, during this crisis, I am volunteering my time, grey hair, and an ear to those who are struggling with difficult decisions in their organizations and may need some advice or feedback that could help them weather this storm. No issue is too big or small. Personally, I am social distancing in my home where I have a fully functioning office, so we can always talk by phone, email, and Zoom.
