ISC’s team of IT Recruiters is partnering with a medium-size, global Chemical company to identify an experienced Help Desk Tech.?
The Help Desk Level 2 Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and solving complex IT issues in a Microsoft environment.?The technician will also be responsible for assisting with high level IT projects.?Exceptional, fun, and highly collaborative company to work for with exciting products!

Help Desk Level 2 Tech Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of similar experience
- Strong knowledge of 2016 and 2022 Windows Server and MS Office 365 solutions
- Successful experience in troubleshooting, interpreting logs, and analyzing performance data
- Experience with networking including LAN switching, VLANS, and firewalls
- Experience with Infrastructure as a Service solutions such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic “out of the box” thinker with a strong desire to grow!

Help Desk Level 2 Tech Responsibilities:
- Perform new desktop and laptop computer imaging, configuration, and provisioning
- Troubleshooting printer issues and basic network issues
- Basic administration of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure, and Teams
- Basic Windows server administration of AD, DNS, and Group Policy
- Assist in the planning, deployment, and management of IT projects
- Assist in the management of IT inventory
