A Global leading comapny is hiring an IT Helpdesk Technician
Full time job.
[Location] Atlanta, GA/ Los Angels, CA/ Irvine, CA
Responsibilities:
-Install and repair PDAs for Warehouse users.
-Install hardware upgrades or repair hardware issues.
-Handle Network, User, Equipment Inventory List and Assessments.
-Maintenance on Ceres, Nabicon, WMS, and other Company software that Users may need support affected by software maintenance.
-Troubleshoot software issues involving setting configurations.
-Set up PCs for new hires.
-Configure, install, and help troubleshoot repairs for printers.
-Help with office structural plans which may include expanding office features involving computers, cords, power lines, Ethernet lines, etc.
-Network Controller – Access Network controls and do back-end support/maintenance.
-Help set up and install NEC phones for new hires.
-Reconfigure, reroute, and reconstruct wiring of Ethernet cables and phone lines when necessary.
-Programming experience recommended.
-Any html or javascript experience would be beneficial.
-Should be knowledgeable in Windows 7, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office.
