Help "Build a Systems Approach to Community Health and Health Equity"
Philip M. A.
Founding Director, AAMC Center for Health Justice at Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC)
The nation's academic medical centers are working to improve community health, population health, and health equity to make health care safer and more accessible, affordable, and equitable. To ensure these community and patient health-promoting actions are coordinated and effective, the AAMC is seeking applications from its member institutions to participate in a series of workshops focused on building a systems approach to community health and health equity. A webinar will be held on Sept. 29 to provide information about the application process for interested applicants before the Oct. 28 deadline. Click here to view and download the application.
