HELP!!! The Bank Can't Loan Me The Money To Upfit My Building!

Ok - So I just talked to the bank and they will be happy to lend the money to buy a commercial building for my business.   But it needs about $80,000 in upgrades and upfits.   I don't have the money and the bank said they just can't lend it.   What it the world is a business supposed to do?

My goodness - this happens all the time.  Why can't the bank loan the money?  Well remember that they have a multitude of bank regulations they have to comply with along with reducing risk to keep their stockholders happy.
