Keep team connections strong when working remotely?

Summer is peak remote meeting time as colleagues manage their work around home context and travel. And as we all know from experience, staying connected when working remotely requires focus and effort - but it doesn’t have to be hard work and boring, and it certainly doesn’t need to involve virtual happy hours!?

Rather than waiting for a special occasion, we boost connection regularly by asking everyone a Question of the Week at the start of each meeting. Asked aloud to each individual, or via Chat for larger groups, they give everyone a chance to mentally check in to the meeting and focus on one another.
