Automatically Associate Calls With Deals
Now when a call record is created, HubSpot AI will look for the most relevant deal record and associate it with that call.
To identify relevant deal records, HubSpot AI checks out multiple fields, including contact and company associations, call owner, deal name, and deal status.
If a call already has an associated deal, HubSpot AI will not add any more deal associations.
