Hello Monday! Shall we set up our weekly goals?

I am not a Monday person although I am most productive on that day ?? (I guess, weekends have a good influence on me ?? )

It is always day 1 for me, which means I have so many things to get done and, as a goal-getter person, I am always impatient to finish all my tasks. A successfully finished week is what motivates me (that is why I like Fridays??).

Anyway, Monday is such an IMPORTANT day, because, at the beginning of each week, we get the chance to set up our WEEKLY GOALS. These small goals lead us to bigger ones. And big goals direct our lives to where we WANT them to be.

Goals are like:

?? “Where do we shoot?"

?? "There!"

They are our guiding stars, no matter the size, and your focus should always be on them.?

It is easier to achieve big goals if we set small goals to guide us. Let's say you want to get healthier and eat more fruit, apples for example - that is the goal. You aren’t going to swallow the whole apple. You are going to cut it to pieces, right? So, start with the small pieces, without overexerting yourself. One at a time and the bigger goal will soon be on the horizon. It will help you stay organized, plan ahead and become more confident. But, there is one important thing you should keep in mind - it is okay to strive for achieving goals, but please enjoy the journey. Your goals should motivate you to get your ass out of the bad, not make you anxious, sad or angry. And surely, if you do not reach your goal(s) it is not the end of the world, you can always try again tomorrow ?? Learn from the experience and think what the reason is that you didn’t make it (just ask yourself WHY and be honest).

So, always keep it simple, meaning - this is what your goals should look like:

1?? clearly defined short and long-term goals

2?? smart and simple goals

3?? to-do list is always a good choice

4?? goals that motivate you because:

5?? you will reward yourself when you achieve them

Yes! You should always reward yourself for every little goal you achieve, for every result you get. And you can choose whatever you want to claim your reward ?? A piece of cake, a glass of wine, flowers, new earrings, time spent in nature… You name it ?? You reward your child when she/he does something good, right? So, why should not you love yourself in the same way?

Every Monday I know my 7-day schedule when it comes to my job, gym, social life, etc. I strive for 80% in order to succeed. If I hit?80-100%, then I am super successful and, of course, super happy ?? I end each week with that feeling and start each new one.

This is the mindset you should follow.?
