FOR MORE THAN 10 FANTASTIC YEARS, I HAVE WORKED AS EITHER PRODUCT MANAGER OR MARKETING MANAGER IN LEADING INTERNATIONAL FOOD COMPANIES – SUCH AS AMONGST YOU CAN ALSO SEE FROM THE ATTACHED PDF RECIPE BROCHURE WHICH I MADE MANY YEARS AGO AT VM MARGARINE IN VEJLE.

I MOST RECENTLY WORKED AS PRODUCT MANAGER FOR 4 MAGICAL MONTHS AT DR. OETKER IN GLOSTRUP – AND THAT WAS ALSO THE REASON WHY I MOVED HERE TO HELSINGE, BECAUSE NICOLAI'S MOTHER SUDDENLY STOPPED MY RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM IN THE SPRING OF 2010 AND THEREFORE I WAS ABLE TO BE MOVED TO MY ABSOLUTELY PERFECT APARTMENT HERE TO THE FANTASTIC FARM, BECAUSE MY COLLEAGUES AT DR. OETKER IN GLOSTRUP TOLD ME THAT THE MORNING TRAFFIC FROM THE SOUTH WAS FAR WORSE THAN FROM HERE.

MY SON – NICOLAI – WAS BORN IN 1999, BUT I HAVE NO CONTACT WITH HIM ANYMORE –

I myself have a 4-year university degree in International Marketing and for more than 10 fantastic years I have worked to sell as much as possible to customers in the stores of a number of leading international companies - primarily in the food industry.

First I worked for more than 7 fantastic years as Marketing and Product Development Manager at VM Margarine / Puratos Nordic in Vejle, where we worked VERY SUCCESSFULLY in teaching artisan bakers to sell as many products as possible to customers in the stores. I have also just sent a PDF scan of my Danish Pastry brochure from that time for your information, because with the Classic roll margarine we were then SUPER FOCUSED ON HELPING THE BAKERS TO SELL THE MOST TO THE CUSTOMERS IN THE STORES. Then I worked for 3 fantastic years as International Product Manager at Tulip Food Company in Randers, where we taught all the sales companies how to sell as many pizza topping products as possible internationally. In 2005-06 I worked in a SUPER EXCITING MATERNITY TEMPORARY AS Category Development Manager at Arla Foods for the cheese category. In December 2011, I got the opportunity for a SUPER EXCITING 4-month temporary employment as Product Manager for the Foodservice products at Dr Oetker in Glostrup.

? It also meant that I then moved away from my former soulmate from Lystrup near Aarhus. She is an accounting director and we had previously lived together for 3 fantastic years in her terraced house in Lystrup close to Aarhus. ?

? In 2020, I was diagnosed with the disease Huntington's Chorea by the leading professors at the Memory Clinic at Rigshospitalet, where I continue to go for annual check-ups. It also means that today I receive a pension instead, and I must ALWAYS ONLY CYCLE. In 2021, I studied the Thinking Into Results course with Bob Proctor and PGI precisely to ALWAYS BE ABLE TO INSPIRE as many as possible of my NEARLY 15,700 WORLDWIDE connections on both LinkedIn and Facebook, who are all sales directors, marketing directors and directors ? I have lived PERFECTLY for rent in the same fantastic apartment on a fantastic farm 3 km outside the city of Helsinge - and I MUST ALWAYS ONLY CYCLE EVERYWHERE. ?

Last year I also started training as an online coach at Connect 365.
